Skincare & Wellness Terms & Conditions
At Naked SKN®, we aim to be upfront with everything we do and keep you informed before, during, and after your skincare and wellness treatments. We want you to feel comfortable during your chosen services and confident in choosing Naked SKN®. For this reason, we have provided you with a list of the terms and conditions we require for every appointment. Take a look, and feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
Reservations
Each of our skincare and wellness treatments is subject to availability. To secure your preferred appointment time, we recommend scheduling your beauty or wellness experience as far in advance as possible. Our professional staff dedicates personalized time for each guest, so a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit will be charged to your credit card 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the practitioner and practice fees associated with preparing for your appointment. We value your time and want you to know that we also respect ours.
We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cherry, CareCredit and Afterpay. HSA/FSA eligibility on some services and retail.
When booking, please inform us of any special physical or medical needs or conditions we should consider, such as pregnancy, product sensitivities, or use of aggressive medications.

Teen Client Policy (Ages 14 and Up)
We’re proud to offer skincare and wellness services to teens aged 14 and older. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive experience, please review the following guidelines:
Parental Consent:
Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving any treatments. This consent form can be completed in person or emailed prior to the appointment. A parent or guardian must be present during consultations and/or telehealth sessions. For facials, parents may remain in the room with their child.
Please note that no photos or video recordings are allowed at any time. Naked SKN Aesthetics has strict media and social recording policies to protect our brand and staff from exploitation. If you would like more information or a copy of these policies, please ask or request them via email.
Accompaniment:
While we encourage teens to attend appointments independently to promote confidence and privacy, a parent or guardian is welcome to accompany them if preferred.
Treatment Limitations:
Certain treatments may not be suitable for younger clients. Our practitioners will assess each teen individually and recommend services based on age, skin condition, and medical history.
Medical Disclosure:
Full disclosure of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities is required to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Appointment Scheduling:
We recommend scheduling appointments well in advance to allow time for any necessary consultations or communication with parents.
Respect and Privacy:
We are committed to providing a respectful and confidential environment for all clients. Any questions or concerns from teens or their parents are welcome and will be addressed professionally.
By adhering to this policy, we aim to provide teens with the best care while supporting their unique needs and ensuring their safety.
Skincare & Wellness Arrivals
To begin your skincare and wellness journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and expectations of your visit. Service time will NOT be extended for late arrivals after 15 minutes, and the total price of your service will be charged.
For new guests, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete your guest profile.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Naked SKN Aesthetics®, we value your time and are committed to offering every client the best scheduling options possible. We understand that life happens, which is why we allow up to three (3) appointment reschedules per calendar year.
If an appointment is rescheduled more than three times, a $100 deposit will be required to secure future bookings. After the third reschedule, additional rescheduling will not be permitted in order to honor our policy. This ensures appointment times are respected and allows us to better accommodate other clients who may be waiting.
Our practitioners dedicate time and care to preparing for your treatment and look forward to providing you with the best experience at your scheduled appointment. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain fairness and availability for all guests.
Clients who cancel or reschedule twice within a two-week period will be subject to restrictions on future bookings.
After the second cancellation within this timeframe, the client will be blocked from online booking and will be required to place a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure any future appointments.
Deposits will be applied toward the scheduled service; however, they will be forfeited in the event of another late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show.
This policy ensures appointment times are respected, practitioners’ schedules are honored, and all clients have fair access to available appointments.
Any disputes filed against NSA will result in the immediate cancellation of membership services in accordance with spa policy. Please note that no refunds will be issued for payments already rendered, as cancellation under these circumstances constitutes immediate termination of the contract.
Same-Day Cancellations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee. A spa credit may be applied toward the cancellation fee when applicable and only with approval from the clinic manager.
Medical Emergencies
If you are unable to attend your appointment due to a medical emergency and cannot notify us in advance, you may submit valid documentation from your primary care provider for consideration. With proper documentation, the cancellation or No Show fee may be waived at the discretion of the clinic manager.
No Call / No Shows
At Naked SKN Aesthetics®, No Call/No Shows are not acceptable. We provide multiple ways to contact us, including our 24/7 text hotline at 832-888-9186, should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to notify us will result in a $100 No Call/No Show fee. If the card on file is declined or the fee is not paid at the time of cancellation, the balance will remain on your spa account and must be settled before future appointments can be booked.
We are committed to professionalism and uphold this policy to ensure honesty, transparency, and fairness for all our guests.
Appointment Requirements
Naked SKN® wants all guests to experience a pleasant and peaceful environment. We ask that only those receiving treatments accompany you to the spa—no outside guests are allowed. We do NOT allow cell phones or picture-taking inside the treatment room to protect the privacy of our guests and our staff. There is a designated area where you can place personal items, including cell phones, and once your treatment is complete, your items will be returned.
*DISCLAIMER: Guests under the age of 14 are not permitted to receive treatments. For minors, all treatments require explicit consent from a parent or guardian. A skin assessment is mandatory, along with a Good Faith Exam (GFE), to determine the suitability of advanced facial treatments. For standard facials, a comprehensive assessment and parental consent, as well as supervision, are required to proceed. Please refer to our spa policy at the beginning of this page. We prioritize the well-being of minors and are committed to respecting their privacy while adhering to state laws.

Payments, Gratuity, & Gift Cards
WE ARE A CASHLESS MEDSPA!
Payments are accepted in the form of most major credit cards, Carecredit, Cherry Payment, Afterpay, and Naked SKN® gift cards.
Gift cards may be used to purchase products or services at face value. The gift card must be presented at the time of purchase, and the available balance will be applied to the transaction—any unused amount will remain on the card to be used later. Redemption of this card is subject to expiration and certain restrictions by the spa owner or state regulation. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. This card is not transferable, and Naked SKN® is not responsible for the card’s lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use.
No express or implied warranties apply. The services are non-refundable but can be converted into a skincare treatment credit at the sole discretion of the owner. There will be a $50 fee each time a non-sufficient fund (NSF) is returned, as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. If payment is not collected for past service, the amount owed to Naked SKN® will be returned to the collections department for further review.

Gift Card Policy
All gift cards have a six (6) month expiration date from the time of purchase. If the gift card is not redeemed before the expiration date, it will be forfeited and become the property of Naked SKN Aesthetics®.
There will be no negotiations, refunds, or credits issued for unused or expired gift cards. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or recipient to track the purchase date and use the card before the six-month expiration period.
Per spa policy, no exceptions will be made for circumstances such as legal matters, death, medical illness, or other situations. Additionally, gift cards are non-transferable-only the individual for whom the card was originally purchased may redeem and use the value of the card.
Products, Returns, and Services
If you are unsatisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given a skincare treatment credit if the product is returned within seven days of purchase—a receipt MUST be provided, with no exceptions. Under no circumstances can eyewear products be returned.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Promotional packages and deals are non-refundable — no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding, as these offers are specially priced and designed to provide optimal value.
For the safety and well-being of all our clients, skincare retail items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or tampered with. This policy aligns with industry health regulations and consumer safety laws.
If you are unsatisfied with a skin or body care product, we are happy to offer a spa treatment credit when the product is returned within seven days of purchase, in its original, unopened condition. A valid receipt is required, with no exceptions.
Please note: Eyewear products are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
DISCLAIMER: After seven (7) days from the date of purchase, all products, retail items, and skincare items become non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
We take all client feedback and concerns seriously. If an issue arises, we strive to address and resolve it in a timely and professional manner. While we respect your right to discontinue services if dissatisfied, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, aggressive, or harassing behavior. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse service and terminate future communication.
