Skincare & Wellness Terms & Conditions

At Naked SKN®, we aim to be upfront with everything we do and keep you informed before, during, and after your skincare and wellness treatments. We want you to feel comfortable during your chosen services and confident in choosing Naked SKN®. For this reason, we have provided you with an extensive list of the terms and conditions we require for every appointment. Take a look, and feel free to reach out if you have further questions.


Each of our skincare and wellness treatments is subject to availability. We recommend scheduling your cosmetic or wellness experience with as much advance notice as possible to ensure your preferred appointment time. Our professional medical staff allocates time catered to each guest; therefore, a valid credit card is requested to guarantee your reservation time slot—including those using a gift card. We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cherry, CareCredit and Afterpay.

Please note: All services require a $25 – $100 non-refundable deposit upon confirmation (48 hours before the appointment). This deposit will go toward your requested service. Our reservations team will contact you to pay your deposit if you haven’t already made it online when booking. Your appointment is NOT confirmed until your initial deposit is received. All services / procedures will need to be paid in advance and are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your appointment and have placed a deposit for your requested service, you have 48 hours to reschedule your appointment. If appointment not rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited and will be used towards processing fees. 

When making your reservation, please notify us of any special physical or medical needs or conditions that must be considered (i.e., pregnancy, food or product sensitivity, aggressive medications).

Skincare & Wellness Arrivals

To begin your skincare and wellness journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and expectations of your visit. Service time will NOT be extended for late arrivals after 15 minutes, and the total price of your service will be charged.

For new guests, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete your guest profile.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

As a courtesy reminder, you will receive your reservation confirmation 48 and 24 hours before your arrival time. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Late cancellations or late date changes will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100—NO EXCEPTIONS. Those who provide insufficient information to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to the full-service value, including no-call no-shows. All SPA TREATMENT procedures are non-refundable.

We understand certain situations and events can prevent one from attending their appointment. We try to be reasonable; however, cancellation on the same day or 72 hours of procedure will be charged 100% of the service charge. Rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of the owner.  PMU Tattoo Removal procedures are non-refundable. Body treatments are non-refundable.  Medspa services are non-refundable. We take our work seriously, have a strict cancellation policy, and want to stay committed to our guests by being honest, transparent, and fair.

Please be advised that a response to emails will be processed within a timeframe of 24 hours. For vendor requests and related forms, the completion thereof is guaranteed within 5 business days. It is imperative to refrain from canceling scheduled appointments via email, as such requests will be denied. This mode of communication is deemed unacceptable due to the inherent challenge of addressing all emails promptly, underscoring the necessity to allocate 24 hours for email replies.

In situations requiring immediate urgent assistance or emergency appointment cancellations during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Central), we encourage you to communicate via our landline at (888) 450-3033, either through a call or text. Your adherence to these communication protocols is appreciated.

Appointment Requirements

Naked SKN® wants all guests to experience a pleasant and peaceful environment. We ask that only those receiving treatments accompany you to the medspa—no outside guests are allowed. We live in an era of social media presence. However, we are a licensed medical spa that abides by Texas state laws and regulations. Under no circumstances: We do NOT allow cell phones, videos or picture-taking inside the spa to protect the privacy of our guests and our staff. Absolutely no cell phones or video recording devices are permitted in the treatment room under any circumstances. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of the appointment. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance to ensure an undisturbed and focused environment during procedures or consultations. There is an assigned designated area where you can place personal items, including cell phones, and once your treatment is complete, your items will be returned.

Payments, Gratuity, & Gift Cards


Payments are accepted in the form of most major credit cards, CareCredit, Cherry, Afterpay, and Naked SKN® gift cards.

Gift cards may be used to purchase products or services at face value. The gift card must be presented at the time of purchase, and the available balance will be applied to the transaction—any unused amount will remain on the card to be used later. Redemption of this card is subject to expiration and certain restrictions by the spa owner or state regulation. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. This card is not transferable, and Naked SKN® is not responsible for the card’s lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use.

No express or implied warranties apply. All spa services are non-refundable, and no exchanges are allowed with promotions or specials. There will be a $50 fee each time a non-sufficient fund (NSF) is returned, as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. If payment is not collected for past service, the amount owed to Naked SKN® will be returned to the collections department for further review.

Products & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given a skincare treatment credit or full refund if the product is returned within 3 days of purchase—a receipt MUST be provided, with no exceptions. Under no circumstances can eyewear, undergarments, socks, lipsticks, eye cream products be returned.


  • Naked SKN Aesthetics ships within the U.S. only.
  • Shipping times and deliveries, including overnight, next day air and 2-day deliveries are not guaranteed. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and will be calculated at the time the order is placed. If you placed or are placing your order online and need expedited shipping, please contact Customer Service at (888) 450-3033. For next day shipping, we must have the order placed by 12:00 PM MT. Expedited shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.
  • You will receive an invoice via email once your order ships with a tracking number.
  • We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.


We strive for a quick turnaround on customer orders. In order to maintain a seamless shipping process, we do not permit any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Orders that are refused delivery will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please ensure we have the correct shipping address and shipping method, and you have confirmed the items ordered checking sizes, quantities, and colors. Please note, all pricing is listed in USD.

  • Naked SKN accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa for payment.
  • All orders may be subject to sales tax.
  • You must contact us with any order issues within 3 business days after order is received.
  • Please note, we begin preparing your order immediately therefore no changes or additions can be made once your order has been placed. If you wish to make a change or addition, a new order must be placed.

  • All returns must be approved by Customer Support within 7 days of invoice date. There will be a 3% processing fee for all returns made within 7 days.
  • Only items purchased from Naked SKN can be returned to its Osmosis. Items purchased elsewhere other than Naked SKN spa must be returned to their original point of purchase.


There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS or exchanges for spa, facial, cosmetic injectable or filler treatments. If you are unhappy with your service, we will do our best to make it right for you if the complaint is indeed validated.

We take pride in our work and explain all treatments processes before payment is rendered. We ask that you thoroughly read our policy and ask questions if you have concerns.

Additional DISCLAIMER:

Non-Refundability and Non-Exchangeability of Skincare Retail Products:

Upon receipt of any skincare retail product from Osmosis, it is expressly understood and agreed that, after a period of 3 days from the date of purchase, said product shall be deemed non-refundable and non-exchangeable, irrespective of circumstances. To qualify for any potential refund or exchange, products or retail items must remain in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

Responsibility for Product Suitability:

Prior to making a purchase, it is incumbent upon the consumer to diligently review the ingredients of Osmosis skincare products to ascertain suitability. It is emphasized that consumers should undertake this due diligence to determine their eligibility as a candidate for the use of our skincare products. Osmosis assumes no responsibility or liability for any adverse reactions that may occur due to the use of our skincare products. Any allergic reactions or adverse effects experienced by the consumer shall be considered the sole responsibility of the consumer. Osmosis hereby disclaims all liability in this regard.

Consumer Research Responsibility:

It is incumbent upon the consumer to conduct thorough research on the product and its ingredients, particularly with regard to their suitability for individual skin types and conditions. Osmosis shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the consumer’s failure to adequately research the product and its ingredients.


We reserve the right to refuse service.
